Sales Policies
The majority of our business at The Whitemud Landscape Center can be conducted while maintaining the government recommended 6’ personal space, but the following policies will be effective until a later date:
Our Outdoor Display Area will be expanded with further products & information allowing customers to browse & plan in a more DIY manner. Customers are asked to remain in their vehicles except to visit our display area.
Sales staff will be available indoors for further information, but all projects involving quotations, calculation, & extensive explanations are requested to be done by phone and email to reduce the concentration of customers gathered.
Orders should be placed beforehand when possible to reduce physical contact and time spent on premise.
ZERO RETURN POLICY: Amidst the COVID-19 Pandemic, we will not be accepting any returns of product. We can aid in material estimates, but will not be held responsible insufficient or surplus products. Rounding down quantity estimates is the best way to proceed with projects as worst case scenario you will need to return to purchase a few additional items.
WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE: Orders & Payments be made over the phone by credit card or E-Transfer. Pickup Onsite or Delivery available.
