Basic Design Package

The Basic Design Package includes:

• 1 hour onsite consultation

• 4 hour landscape design

Premium Design Package

1.Initial client meeting 

• Introductory meeting to gather client’s ideas as well as wants and needs. 

• Conduct a site analysis on-site and off-site conditions. 

• Obtain RPR and take any necessary measurements.  

• Discussions such as budget and construction phases should be determined at this time. 

 
2. Preliminary design sent to client 

• Preliminary design (layout plan) created and drawn in AutoCAD (2D-Black and White) 

• Includes deck design if needed 

• Review and provide input on design. 

3. Refinements 

• Further refine concept drawing. 

• Note: up to 2 changes can be made before sending final master plan 

• Planting Plan included 

• All materials will be discussed and spec’d in final drawing 

Platinum Design Package

The platinum design package comes with all of the benefits of the premium package and comes with a coloured 3-d render of the design to better visualize what the end product will look like.
